1. Who we are
Timetabled is made by Dínamoxigenado Unipessoal, Lda. (NIPC 518435067), Rua Diogo Dias, n.º 96, 2870-272 Montijo, Portugal ("we").
These terms apply to the website timetabled.app. By using it, you accept them. Questions: hello@timetabled.app.
2. What Timetabled does
You give us a schedule as a PDF, a photo, a link or text. An AI model finds the events in it.
You check and correct those events, then download them as an .ics file or add them to Google Calendar one by one.
3. Free use and limits
Converting schedules, downloading the .ics file and the Google Calendar links are free, with no account.
There is a daily limit on conversions per person, shown after each conversion. On a busy day we may ask you to try again later.
We may change the free limits. We will update this page when we do.
4. Your schedules
Only send schedules you are allowed to use, such as your own, your child's school or club, your team or your workplace.
Do not send documents with sensitive personal data you do not need, such as health or identity details.
We do not keep the schedules you send. The events you get are yours to use.
5. AI results and your review
The events are found by an AI model (OpenAI). It can miss events or misread a date, a year, a time or a time zone.
That is why you see every event before it reaches your calendar. Rows we are unsure about are marked, but an unmarked row can still be wrong.
Check the events against the original schedule. You are responsible for what you add to your calendar.
6. Keep it updated
Keep it updated, a calendar link that updates itself when the schedule changes, is not available yet.
Telling us you want it does not create a subscription, a payment or any obligation for you or for us.
If we launch it, it may be a paid feature, with its own terms that you will see before paying.
7. Fair use
Do not try to get around the limits, automate requests to our server, or use Timetabled for anything unlawful.
We may block requests that break these rules.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Timetabled available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or failures of our providers.
We may improve, change or stop features of the free service.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.
Nor do they limit our liability for intent, gross negligence, or harm to life, physical or moral integrity or health.
Otherwise, as the service is free, we are not liable for missed or wrong events, and our total liability is limited to 50 EUR.
10. Intellectual property
The website, its design and its code belong to us. You may use them as these terms allow.
Your schedules and the events you export stay yours.
11. Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
If you have a complaint, write to hello@timetabled.app first. In Portugal you can also use the electronic complaints book (livroreclamacoes.pt).
Consumers can turn to an alternative dispute resolution entity, such as the Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (CNIACC, www.cniacc.pt).
